1. Booking
Feel free to contact us via email, Line, or WhatsApp to let us know what type of motorbike best suits your needs, including preferred size, type, and rental duration. For booking, kindly provide your contact information and a copy of your passport.
Book in Advance: We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak times, to secure your preferred bike.
2. Requirements for Rental
Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 18 years old.
Valid Driver's License: You must have a valid motorcycle or scooter license from your country of residence or an international driver’s permit if required.
Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required at the time of rental. The amount varies depending on the motorbike type and rental duration.
Payment: Payment can be made through credit/debit card or cash. Payment is required upfront or as per rental terms.
3. Picking Up Your Motorbike
Location: Arrive at the rental location at your booked time to pick up the motorbike.
Inspection: Before you ride, our team will perform a quick inspection of the bike to ensure it’s in good condition. Any existing damage will be noted, and you’ll be asked to sign an agreement confirming the condition.
Safety Gear: We offer helmets. It's mandatory to wear a helmet while riding.
Familiarization: Our staff will give you a brief walkthrough of the motorbike, including how to start, operate, and handle it. We’ll also provide a map and route recommendations if needed.
4. During the Rental
Fuel Policy: We provide motorbikes with a full tank of gas. Please return the bike with a full tank. If the bike is returned with less fuel, you will be charged for refueling.
Maintenance and Breakdown: In case of mechanical issues or breakdown, contact us immediately. Our support team is available 24/7 to assist with repairs or replacement.
Road Safety: Always follow local traffic laws, wear protective gear, and ride safely. If you are unfamiliar with the area, be cautious of road conditions and traffic.
5. Returning the Motorbike
Return Location: Return your motorbike to the designated drop-off point at during the agreed return time.
Inspection: Upon return, our team will inspect the motorbike for any damage or missing parts. If everything is in order, your security deposit will be refunded. Any damage or missing items will be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.
Late Returns: If you return the bike late, additional charges will apply based on the rental agreement.
6. Additional Services
Delivery & Pickup: For an extra fee, we offer delivery and pickup of the motorbike to your preferred location (hotel etc.).
